Skinny Taste’s Crock Pot Chicken Enchilada Soup!
This soup is simple and full of flavor – and only 6 PointsPlus! Next time I would probably add a little more chipotle because P and I like spicy foods. I served the soup with 1 ounce of reduced fat cheddar cheese, 2 tablespoons of light sour cream and a quarter of an avocado, which only added 4 PointsPlus.
