So I’m up 0.2 pounds this week (for a total of 8.2 lost), which isn’t a big deal at all. I didn’t expect this since I haven’t had much of an appetite for most of the week and spent most of the weekend walking everywhere. I probably shouldn’t have weighed myself on Saturday morning (post food poisoning) because at that point I was down 2.8 pounds. The body works in mysterious ways. Hopefully everything will balance out for a loss next week!
