Another disappointing weigh in this week. I gained a pound this week for a total of 7.2 pounds since January.
My weight has been bouncing around these past few weeks, and I know it is because I have been a little lax with my tracking. Let’s see if I can lose the 1.2 pounds (and some) I gained over the past two weeks by staying on track and stepping up my activity levels outside of my aerobics classes.
