The scale and I are friends again. I’m down 1.8 pounds for a total of 9 pounds since the beginning of the year.
I ran into a friend this weekend, and she told me that she’s almost lost 30 pounds on Weight Watchers. It reminded me that I had once lost that amount before, and I can definitely do it again. February was a rough month. This isn’t really where I thought I’d be at this point, but a loss is a loss! Can’t wait to break into the double digits (in weight lost of course).
