I weighed in on Monday morning and found that I lost another 3.2 pounds for a total of 13 pounds lost since the beginning of the year. Woohoo!
I’m particularly happy with these results seeing that I did not make it to any of my Zumba or Turbo Kick classes last week, and I may have eaten a burger at TGI Friday’s that weighed in at a whopping 33 PointsPlus. That’s right – 33 PointsPlus for ONE burger. That’s insane, right?! However, it just goes to show how much I can succeed if I follow the plan. I tracked everything I ate this week, and even though I may have gone over my weekly points allowance, I still did ok.
