Weekly Weigh-in.

I would like to start by thanking everyone for leaving their encouraging words on my last post. It really means a lot to me knowing that I’m not alone and there are people rooting for me. Thank you!

I weighed in on Monday morning and found that I lost another 3.2 pounds for a total of 13 pounds lost since the beginning of the year. Woohoo!

I’m particularly happy with these results seeing that I did not make it to any of my Zumba or Turbo Kick classes last week, and I may have eaten a burger at TGI Friday’s that weighed in at a whopping 33 PointsPlus. That’s right – 33 PointsPlus for ONE burger. That’s insane, right?! However, it just goes to show how much I can succeed if I follow the plan. I tracked everything I ate this week, and even though I may have gone over my weekly points allowance, I still did ok.

  1. Congratulations!!! It really does help to track everything! Thank God for those extra 49 points that Weight Watchers gives you every week! And, when you are doing all the exercise you have all those extra activity points to boot!
    Good Job Dom!!!
    Now, if I could just catch up myself… Hey at least I stayed the same as last week! I guess that’s better than gaining! 😀
