What I Ate Wednesday.

So I found another fun blog theme that I’m going to start following called “What I Ate Wednesday”. Here are the official rules (lifted from Peas and Crayons) –

Simply photograph a day of meals any day of the week and create your What I Ate Wednesday post to link up on any (and every!) Wednesday you choose. What I Ate [Last] Wednesday posts are popular and so are Monday and Tuesday eats! <;3 Make sure you add the WIAW button to your post [this will allow your readers to join in on the fun too!] and link up more than just one meal/recipe. Now get your party pants on and join us every Wednesday for a fun food diary party!

—-What WIAW isn’t about—-

—-What WIAW is about—-
Celebrating one of the glorious things we all have in common: We all eat!
WIAW is about food and fun! It’s about making new friends, breaking out of a food rut, noting changes in your diet/lifestyle, inspiring yourself & others, embracing fruit & vegetables, nourishing your body with the foods that work for you, finding new ways to eat your favorite foods, and so much more.
Celebrate Food. Celebrate blogging. Celebrate Individuality.

Breakfast – Chobani 0% Peach yogurt with strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.

Morning snack – A banana that’s a little too brown for my taste.

Lunch – Leftover fig and prosciutto flatbread with grapes.

Post lunch snack – Weight Watchers Toffee Peanut Perfection mini bar (free sample at my WW meeting).

Afternoon snack – cherries!

Commute snack – Granny Smith apple.

Dinner – Chicken and veggie stir-fry over brown rice with steamed potstickers.

Dessert – Weight Watchers Giant Chocolate Cookies and Cream ice cream bar.

And that’s what I ate on Wednesday!  What about you?
