First breakfast – Coffee, Granny Smith apple and light string cheese.

Second breakfast – Chobani 0% Apple Cinnamon Yogurt with strawberries, blueberries and blackberries.

Lunch – Chicken Pesto sandwich with grapes and a sliced pepper.

Afternoon Snacks – Skinny Vanilla Latte with Glazed Almonds and cherries.

Dinner – Grilled pork chop, Annie’s Mac & Cheese with steamed broccoli. Dessert – WW Giant Fudge bar.

  1. Seriously, I thought that was popcorn on your plate until I read that it was mac & cheese. I thought, “Who puts popcorn as a side on their plate?” LOL.
    Today, I had an egg scramble for breakfast that I made with onions, potatoes and tomatoes. Lunch was a leftover Mexican skillet meal I made with ground turkey, black beans, fire roasted garlic tomatoes, and brown rice. Snacks included a piece of dark chocolate and a little butterscotch pudding. Dinner was just some Japanese eggplant and tomato sauteed in a little basil grapeseed oil sprinkled with parm. And a friend made dessert – a parfait with berries, chocolate pudding with a small layer of oreo crust. She even made them in single serving sizes to control portion. I savored every bite. 😉
