What I Ate Wednesday.


Breakfast: Coffee with Silk Hazelnut Creamer, string cheese and an apple.


Lunch: Grapes (pre-WW meeting), leftover chicken quesadilla, black cherry Greek yogurt with berries and an orange mango seltzer (post-WW meeting).


Snacks: An empty Venti Cool Lime Refresher, an empty Grande Mocha Coconut Light Frap (hey, it was a 2 trips to Starbucks kind of day) and cherries.


Dinner: Salad with fat free lime basil dressing, black beans, steak fajitas and a WW Giant Fudge bar.

  1. OMG Where did you get that flavored seltzer? We get Polar Ice here in VA, but the most exotic falvor is cranberry lime (which is my favorite). I can’t even IMAGINE mango orange. WANT WANT WANT.
