What I Ate Wednesday.

Usual breakfast – Coffee, string cheese and a Granny Smith apple.


Lunch – Turkey, provolone and garlic hummus on wheat with Trader Joe’s Thin Crispy Edamame crackers and cherries. Not pictured: Grapes that I ate during my WW meeting.

Dinner – Spaghetti squash with homemade basil pesto, leftover roasted asparagus, cherry tomatoes and homemade turkey zucchini meatballs.

Not pictured:  Grande Mocha Coconut Light Frappuccino and WW Giant Fudge Bar.
